We interviewed 5 of the best real estate agents in the Brecksville, Ohio HH office and selected the Lamberts. Prior to interviewing any agent we created a list of expectations and questions which we addressed to each agent. The Lamberts were by far the best of the group. They initially presented their philosophy of real estate prior to us asking questions and therefore were presenting how they would work and not making a presentation that reflected our expectations. This was a participative process with a great deal of give and take and with the Lamberts making many creative suggestions and staging thoughts which we had not considered. While we were fortunate in receiving 3 offers in the first 3 to 4 weeks the home was on the market ... each offer presented its own unique issues which were make or break considerations. The Lamberts spent a great deal of time working the pros and cons without trying to direct our decision. Great agents and people.

John and Suzanne are phenomenal! We had to have tested them in every possible way. First we looked south of the city, then west, then east... then south again. We looked at buying an existing home, then building... then existing homes again. The entire time they were incredibly patient and helpful. They offered guidance and expertise throughout the process. Everything about what to consider for each home, really allowing you to imagine yourself living there. In the event that they themselves did not have the answer, they went out and go it. Seemed to have unlimited resources. They were always available and responsive when we had a question. Exceeding our expectations. When we found the home, they used resources and facts to support a reasonable offer and help us pay as little as possible. Even after the close now, they have continued to follow up and ensure everything is going smoothly, and provide advice and assistance. Best Realtors- hands down.

I am a lawyer which makes me a know it all. However, John showed me plenty. He has great numbers facility. He operates from a knowledge base on the market as to price and volume that is unarguable. With process detail like appraisal and inspection he also gave useful insights. His steady analysis kept me from intuitive changes that would have cost money in the long run. We ended with a very fair approximation of what the house was really worth.
